About the role:
We are seeking a talented and energetic designer to join our Brand Design team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Brand Design. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and consistency across our internal and external visual brand and content for 4-5 brands.
What you will do:
Deliver fresh and impactful brand, digital, and print design across multiple touchpoints for our brands
Develop and maintain internal presentations and templates
Generate ideas that promote the Bluenest brand visually to both advertiser and consumer audiences, and articulate your ideas and design decisions across the business
Train the wider business in programs or templates to increase your impact
Maintain brand guideline standards that differ depending on projects
Stay proactive in gaining new skills and keeping up to date with software and technology
Champion emotive and powerful creative work, continually pushing the boundaries
Who You Are:
Minimum of 4+ years in a fast-paced design environment (agency, studio, in-house role)
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and web design tools such as Figma and Webflow (coding not required)
Familiarity with motion design is required
High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and break down large projects into manageable tasks
Autonomy to work independently on a day-to-day basis
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration
Ideally, proficiency in 3D design
Keeping abreast of popular culture and trends, with a passion for design and creativity
